Enrollment Assistant
The enrollment Assistant supports the Enrollment Team by doing tours to prospective and current students, helping EA to collect documentation, making sure the student folder is ready to start classes, making sure FA is ready, and the student paid start fees, if any. They work closely with student services, helping with starting classes and re-enrollment. They guide and support the prospective students through the start of classes process making sure the student is ready to start.
The ideal candidate would:
- Educating students and parents about our education programs.
- Collect leads for student enrollment and guide them through the enrollment process, when covering an EA or attending a prospective student.
- Participate in school sponsored fairs and events to professionally present programs and generate student enrollment.
- Have knowledge of rules, regulations and company's culture in order to give students proper guidelines.
- Have licenses updated in order to perform the job.
- Advise students on transfer and application of current academic credit for degree completion.
- Verify enrollment status and ensure students are eligible for admission.
- Collect and verify documentation for enrollment
- Ensure students comply with policy and procedures for the initial course.
- Monitor the enrollment process to ensure all steps and documentation are fulfilled, meeting start classes deadlines.
- Support Enrollment team and Student Services
Responsibilities include:
- Knowledge of processes and procedures relating to admissions, registration, financial aid, testing, and placement.
- Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws, codes, rules, and regulations;
- Knowledge of career School policies and procedures;
- Proficient in customer service and sales
- Skill in the use of computerized systems, databases, and customer relationship management systems
- Able to public speaking and presentation
- Effective communication in oral, written and video form
- Detail-oriented and management in maintaining accurate records
- Able to work collaboratively with diverse academic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds of a community of students and staff.
- Able to interpret, analyze and evaluate complex problems to successfully recognize and define solutions
- Able to defuse conflict situations.
- Excellent time management and strong ability to meet deadlines and goals.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
Job Type: This is a full-time in-person position located in Times Square.
