Enrollment Advisor

The Enrollment Services Advisor guides and supports prospective and current students through their journey in pursuing their career. They will discover the needs and concerns of prospects, and  will demonstrate how our programs can best meet those needs. They will guide and support the prospective students through the admissions process, reviewing enrollment entrance requirements, and providing information about financial aid resources that might be available.

The enrollment advisor establishes and administers programs for targeting, recruitment, and retention of defined groups of potential students to undergraduate and graduate programs.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Educating students and parents about our education programs.
  • Collect leads for student enrollment and guide them through the enrollment process
  • Participate in school sponsored fairs and events to professionally present programs and generate student enrollment.
  • Conduct student appointment by phone and video call to advise and motivate students to enroll
  • Have knowledge of rules, regulations and company’s culture in order to give students proper guidelines.
  • Have licenses uptodate in order to perform the job.
  • Advise students on transfer and application of current academic credit for degree completion.
  • Verify enrollment status and ensure students are eligible for admission.
  • Collect and verify documentation for enrollment
  • Ensure students comply with policy and procedures for the initial course.
  • Build and manage a mature, active pipeline of leads
  • Effectively follow departmental lead management guidelines for all leads.
  • Utilize database tools to efficiently track each interaction and the progress of all assigned leads.
  • Achieve daily efficiency metrics pertaining to leads and enrollment.
  • Achieves enrollment targets assigned per program.
  • Adhere to Title IV and FERPA compliance standards.
  • Be prepared weekly to discuss performance data, prospective applicant concerns, and creative solutions to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor the enrollment process to ensure all steps and documentation are fulfilled meeting start classes deadlines.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 

  • Knowledge of processes and procedures relating to admissions, registration, financial aid, testing, and placement.
  • Knowledge of student success, retention, and assessment strategies;
  • Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal laws, codes, rules, and regulations;
  • Knowledge of post-secondary education and student development;
  • Knowledge of career School policies and procedures;
  • Proficient in customer service and sales
  • Skill in the use of computerized systems, databases, and customer relationship management systems
  • Able to public speaking and presentation
  • Effective communication in oral, written and video form
  • Detail oriented and management in maintain accurate records
  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse academic cultural and ethinic backgrounds of community of students and staff.
  • Able to interpret, analyze and evaluate complex problems to successfully recognize and define solutions
  • Able to defuse conflict situations.
  • Excellent time management and strong ability to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
