This position assists prospects, students, alumni and customers addressing their needs while providing an outstanding customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering and directing phone calls.
Responding to general inquiries on a daily basis to prospective clients, students, alumni and general customers.
Meet students to handle documents, give information and student kits.
Checking in students on their first day of in-person class.
Booking, checking in and checking out appointments for spa services
Assisting customers with skin care product purchases and processing purchases via the POS system.
Work with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Previous office experience preferred.
Must have good people skills and be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with students and the general public.
Good knowledge of MS Office, G. Suite, general clerical office methods, procedures, and practices.
Proficient in customer service
Bilingual English/ Spanish (conversational)
