Are you looking to enhance your understanding of skincare and hone your Spa skills? If so, we are seeking a dynamic Client Support Specialist that will provide customer relations support to our National Sales Director.

Enthusiastic about educating clients on the benefits of product formulas and treatments.

Eager to learn the details of Christine Valmy’s retail and back bar product suites.

Responsibilities

Represent the organization in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner.

Educate clients and prospects on the formulas, products, and treatments that would be most appropriate for them or their spas/salons.

Respond to product inquiries in a timely manner across all touchpoints.

Place orders over the phone and email.

Collect accurate customer information to ensure seamless service.

Review and approve customer website accounts.

Communicate with the warehouse, marketing department, and school locations to ensure operations are aligned on various initiatives (e.g. promotions, new product launches, etc.).

Monitor collateral needs for client distribution.

Administrative tasks as assigned.

Experience

Nurture client relationships by providing support and recommendations.

Be proficient in juggling numerous tasks while staying organized.

Have the ability to think critically and exercise good judgment when interacting with clients.

Consistently present a professional and polished demeanor.

Thrive in a lively and fast-paced environment to provide optimal customer service.

Possess a current Cosmetology or Esthetician License.

Be able to converse with clients in English and Spanish.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.

Job Type

Part-Time | Mondays & Tuesdays from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
